Who are we & why on earth did we start a podcast?
We're both full time yoga teachers currently inhabiting London, UK.
We're trying to navigate the yoga and health & wellness industry still after many years of teaching - does it ever get easy?!
We are both foreigners and want to share our experiences of living in a fast paced global city, being away from home for so many years, and what we do to help manage our own health & wellbeing amongst all the chaos our day to day lives bring to us.
We hope you enjoy our little chats over coffee (and sometimes tea)
The first season of our podcast was launched on May 30th 2023 and Season 2 launched on September 19th 2023 - all 20 episodes are up for you to listen to at anytime. Find the links on the dedicated pages.
We are in the process of recording Season 3 and it will be publicly launched starting in September 2024!
